What we cater
Five kinds of event. One kitchen.
A wedding and an office lunch are not the same problem. Each of these has its own timing, its own constraints and its own way of going wrong — so each gets its own plan.

Whatever the occasion
Four things never change
A licensed kitchen
FSSAI registered, with food-handler training records for the whole team and public liability cover for events.
Real separation
Jain and satvik food is cooked in its own kitchen section, in its own vessels, by staff who are not moving between sections that day.
One steward per 25
Enough hands that plates get cleared and nobody queues twice. Understaffing is the cheapest corner to cut and the fastest to notice.
A written schedule
When the tandoor lights, when starters circulate, when the buffet opens. Shared with your planner before the day.
