Festive catering is the one brief where getting the food right matters less than getting it correct. A satvik menu is not a preference to be accommodated — it is a rule, and a caterer who treats it as a preference gets found out.
Satvik and Jain food is cooked in a separate section of the kitchen, in separate vessels, by staff who are not moving between sections that day. It is transported separately and plated on marked serving ware. If your family has a specific practice — no root vegetables at all, a particular order of serving, prasad prepared before anything else touches the stove — tell us at the briefing and it goes into the plan.
We also work around the ceremony rather than through it. The pandit decides when lunch is, not us.
